  As you would expect, its a massive electronics shop, similar to PC world in the UK, easy to just walk in, look around and purchase products to take away, all the latest models in stock. Good staff, and english speaking.

  managed to speak to the floor manager. He was more resonable and did replace the TV as it was obvious the damage was not my fault. I had left the damaged TV with the solutions dept/after sales, when the manager and I went to inspect it for said damage the TV was not there?? The woman working in"solutions" had put it next to the EXIT door, how incredible! I will NEVER buy anything in WORTEN ever again & would

  I was appalled with the after sale service at Worten, La Cañada, Marbella, or lack of after service. I bought a smart TV, took it home plugged it in and the screen was broken, I took it straight back to the shop within 2 hours. They informed me that it must have been my fault & no exchange or refund would be made.

  WORTEN should get their staff situation sorted out before they lose more custom, I see they already have a very bad reputation & from my experience rightly so.

  Avoid if you can! All products generally are more expensive then everywhere else. Then discovered that purchased laptop is refurbished, not new. On return get terrible experience. Will never shop there again!
