  Unorganized and you have to book an appointment for absolutely everything, even if it's as simple as buying a new sim card holder. Waited for an hour after my appointment to eventually be serviced by an employee, which collectively took 2 minutes...

  Shocking incompetence on so many levels. They give false information or don't give important information. Would be 1 star but at least they seem friendly, thus, 2 stars. Please be more competent! E.g. if I ask if the usb-c to thunderbolt supports display, would be nice to inform me that it does not work with displayport monitor! I bought this crapito for no reason, does not work.

  Today was my 4 th visit to this store . This morning to purchase a new iPhone se. Again, I found the service excellent. The trick is to go early,- when the story opens and during a weekday.. it's much quieter then and the staff have more time for you.

  Terrible experience! I'm glad I am a Samsung man. You certainly wouldn't get this type of poor customer service from a samsung member of staff. I only came in to buy a pink apple watch. I had to put my name on a list for a watch "expert" to pick up the pink watch from the cabinet and give to me while I waited with 5! Members of staff just stood around me doing nothing! I stupidly had to wait for 30 minutes but had no choice as it's what my girlfriend wanted for her birthday. Apple store... I will never ever buy your products from this store again!

  Service was OK after 30mins waiting time. What is outrageous though is Apple. They offered me a new phone for 160EUR for a known screen bug, although the phone is not old and just slightly over the warranty time. No thanks, welcome Samsung.
