  If you are a tourist get your foreign resident immediate 10 pct discount card which you can obtain on most products. The selection is fantastic and during the right time of year, the discounts can be quite substantial. I find the service quite good

  Despite the prime location and the great range of stuff on offer, we won't be spending any more money here. We have been so let down over the past couple of years by atrocious service. It's the one thing that doesn't cost them anything. Hire staff who smile and are helpful. It's not rocket science .Get your priorities in order. clearly the management at CI are not up to scratch. You've lost a customer.

  Be aware of ordering online at El Corte Ingles! I have ordered a wide variety of products 4 weeks ago! Half of the products have been delivered, of which some have been damaged. I filed a complaint about this 3 weeks ago already and only received a message that they would forward it to the right department. Well until now they still haven't delivered all products (and still didn't offer a solution for that!) and they still haven't exchanged the broken items... The customer care is the worse ever! If you try to call them, you get a message that all lines are busy and need to call back another time... By email they reply to you 2 weeks(!!) later!! Unbelivable for such a company!

  The shop is nice with great selections of brands. Some of the personal good others not helpfool. The parking extremely overpriced.

  Department store with numerous brands. Confusing layout and not particularly inviting decor. Also very expensive without discounts and ability to get back VAT
