  Not very impressed, was quoted 50 cents per item more than the price list and told it wouldn't be ready for over a week! (Only here for a week) and anything sooner would be express service and prices doubled! Cheaper to buy new clothes!! Hence didn't use them and walked out

  Shocking attitude. Took an expensive jumper to be dry cleaned. Took out of plastic to put on and it had a big bleach stain. Took it back and was told that the damage was not done here. I was then told the jumper was dirty....yes thats why it was there to be cleaned. They tried to clean again and tell me it was all fine. It wasn´t. I was then told that maybe they will give me some compensation. Went looking at the jumpers, and was then told that their insurance will pay x amount with the receipt or 30euros to spend back in their shop. Totally useless as I wouldn´t go back here ever again. The attitude of the woman is extremely rude and to then pretend she just worked there and wasn´t the owner, when in the past she told me her and her husband own it. They take no responsibility, not even a sorry, nor even the money back for the original dry cleaning. Probably the worse Customer Service in 13 years of living in Spain.

  Great service, the owner was kind enough to take on a dozen shirts and suits belonging to my groomsmen on short notice and it was pressed and returned in spotless condition. The lady who took care of the order was very friendly and helpful- I will definitely return to 5 Star for future business.

  I've now use this dry cleaners Frequently . Excellent service provided . Each time I collect my clothes they are like new . Handled with such care. Previous to this I could not find a dry cleaners in Marbella which had the same care for clothes . English speaking also which is a big plus for me. I can see why it is called 5 star : that's exactly what it is.

  Definitely the best dry cleaners in the area. I live in Mijas, it's a long drive to Nueva Andalusia, but when it comes to my favorite garments I bring them only to this place as I absolutely trust them. It all started when I bought my Ralf Lauren blouse and spilled something on it so I was told the stains were untreatable. Tried to get rid of those stains it in 3 different places until my friend advised me this one. To my surprise my blouse looked better than when I bought it. Since then I collect all valuable stuff and bring it here every month and I am really happy as they never failed to clean whatever I bring them. Best cleaners on Costa or at least one of them.
