  I am absolutely disgusted at how i was treated just now at this salon. I was booked in for eyelashes and the girl who did them should be fired, her attitude is disgraceful, she cannot speak english and she put products on my EYES without even telling me what they were. I am allergic to remover and she put it on my eyes even though i removed everything myself as i always do. But the girl denied putting it on when I KNOW she did, i have worked with this product in the uk myself. I told her i was feeling burning and she got more staff in the room whilst my eyes were shut and they were all speaking Spanish and I could not understand a word which is extremely unprofessional and rude. They then said that they could not carry on doing my lashes!!! I booked this appointment yesterday especially for an occasion and the staff made me feel very uncomfortable with NO solution at all. I even offered to go and buy my own lashes and glue and if they could just put them on, They all just looked at me and didnt know what to say and the lady who put harsh products on my eyes said very aggressively NO. The salon never patched test me when i booked in for my lashes but i wanted to trust them as I used to work for Aveda myself. I am shocked in how this salon is run and I certainly will never be returning or recommend it to anyone, It really needs better staff who know how to treat customers. Thanks for completely ruining my evening and wasting my time.
