  Absolutely horrible I waited 4 hours to get a card the clerk kept telling me she has problems with the machine but could not call anyone. Everyone who walked in she immediately greeted but when ever I would go to the counter she act like she didn't see me standing there. Absolutely rude and 0 for customer service

  I would tell you why this place is the worst, but you have to talk to someone else in another room, this is not my job. Come back in 1 hour, or 2. If there is still no review try tomorrow or maybe some other time. I checked for answers online, but it got changed when I got to the casino. Maybe it will be a review next time. Please check back later with someone else.

  Terrible experience. Played slots and was up when a man came up to say he left money on machine. I had put 20.80 in and was up. He went and got staff who had to open machine and could see where I had been playing for over 5 minutes, yet only wanted to give me my 20.00 Euro back not money I had won. They gave the man who left machine my winnings. Beware if you go there. It is a rip off and staff if rude. Who gives someone who leaves a machine for over 5 minutes someone else's money. I have gambled all over the world and this was worst experience ever. Stay away.
