  We pre-booked our car by email, a very nice gentleman was waiting for us at the airport, we did the paperwork on the spot as we did not wish to communicate our personal details via email ( driving license, passeport number etc.. ) They debited our card for the agreed price and took our credit card number as a safety measure in case something happen with the car, we don't return the car with a full tank for example. Once the paperwork was done (less than 10 minutes) we collected the car straight at the airport and off we went. On departure day, at the airport, we stopped by the BP station to refuel the car, next to the station is the yellow car office, a nice gentleman checked that we refuelled the car and that was it ! they drive you to your terminal with the same car so no need to transfer your luggages etc... It could not be easier ! As we rent cars with full insurance coverage in any cases, like for like they have decent prices compared to other car rentals. Would definitely deal with them in the future.

  I phoned Yellow Car from my hotel to order the car early one evening, and it was delivered in less than an hour. At the end of the rental period I left the key at the hotel reception for the car to be picked up - fantastic service.

  When I first read reviews of Yellow Car I thought they were too good to be true, and had been written by employees or family members. But having rented a car from them I am delighted to be able to say that the reviews were well deserved. It seems that all car rental companies nowadays seek to rip off their customers by advertising a low headline price, but then add spurious extras when you arrive at the pick up desk. Yellow Car didn't do this - the advertised price was the price that I paid, with no extras, and it included comprehensive insurance with no excess payable. I was told the only exclusion to this was that I would have to pay for the key if I lost it, which seems fair enough.

  When we were about to return home to Norway, I just filled up the tank with gas, drove by Yellow Cars office, which is very close to the airport, and one of their friendly coworkers drove us to the departure terminal. This was done with the same car, so we did not have to think about luggage handling or waiting for some shuttle bus. The driver even helped us with the luggage!
