  It is a SCAM. TOOK MONEY AND DIDN'T PROVIDE A CAR! I ordered a car hire and paid in full online. After few hours I received email fro EUROPCAR that my car is not available and because I ordered over Internet there will be no refund!!! The entire reservation is paid and it will not be refunded.

  They are a thief. After i return the car about 2 W they said there is a traffic violence and some scratch in the care door. I will never recommend this company to any one i know

  schlimmster Laden, nie mehr werde ich dort ein Auto mieten. Habe den Wagen nach längerer Mietzeit (Stuttgart Flughafen) 5 Tage früher zurückgebracht und trotz der Aussage das ich die Differenz erstattet bekommen sollte, habe ich nichts erhalten. Außerdem habe ich ein komplett anderes Fahrzeug bekommen als ich ausgewählt und schon im Voraus bezahlt hatte. Einfach nur mies !!!!!!!
