  I just spent 5 nights at this hotel for a golf break. The standard of the hotel is excellent. The rooms have recently been refurbished to a very high standard, mine was particularly spacious. My package included breakfast which was excellent. My stay was made particularly noteworthy because the staff at the reception, in the restaurant and in the bar were all particularly friendly and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

  It is a very nice Hotel with a reallynice service. The rooms are quiet good but the direction of the hotel wanted to charge whole booking because we canceled the booking 1 week before due to a dead of very close familiar.

  Absolutely beautiful place to stay. The staff gives 100% in caring for guests, food is excellent, shuttle buses to town are a great convenience, the pool is lovely, beds, bedding, and room amenities are top notch. The perfect hotel stay.

  Really unaceptable what ever conditions or agretment up of bussines must be the comun sense. it lokks like they just want make money of costumer anyway.

  Stayed at this hotel for 4 days in May, and the hotel itself was nice, and well located, but the AC was very noisy and didn't cool my room for the entire duration of my stay. Even when I raised this twice it didn't get fixed, and I couldn't even leave the patio door open at night because of the noise. When I raised this issue again on checking out no credit was offered even though I had some uncomfortable nights sleeping. When the hotel claims to be top notch things like this shouldn’t happen (especially when they claim millions were spent on a refurb), and when they do they should absolutely offer a credit to the customer because they didn't deliver on their promise, and thus they deserve a negative review.
